The Houston Rockets have agreed in principle to acquire Kevin Martin from the Sacramento Kings. Kenny Thomas, Hilton Armstrong, and Sergio Rodriguez will join Martin in Houston. In return, Tracy McGrady will land either in Sacramento or New York.

Rajon Rondo continued to lead this Celtics team after hinting at locker room rifts helping the C’s to a 107 to 102 win at home against the Heat.  Paul Pierce set out this game with an injured left foot and will probably miss Friday’s game at well.  Rondo finished with 22 points, 14 assists, and 6 rebounds in the win.  He still struggled from the free throw line hitting just eight of fourteen attempts.  Ray Allen also played well for the C’s leading the team with 23 …

Well I guess whatever hotel the Knicks stayed at last night was not haunted.  David Lee’s layup off a pass by Chris Duhon, with 11 seconds left gave the Knicks a 93 to 92 lead.  The Sixers had one last chance to win when Allen Iverson passed out to Rodney Carney for an open trey that was no good.  David Lee finished with 24 points and 9 rebounds in the win and Al Harrington had 17 points and 7 rebounds off the bench for the New York …

It all started as a normal trip to a New Jersey Nets game.
