Hawks 83, Bucks 69 (Series tied 3-3)
The Milwaukee Bucks had a chance to finish off their series with the Atlanta Hawks at home tonight and could not get the job done. For the first time in four games, Brandon Jennings and John Salmons were ice cold. Jennings and Salmons combined to shoot 6 of 28 from the floor for 20 points. The Bucks shot an abysmal 32% from the floor, including 27% from three point range. Carlos Defino was the only bright spot for the Bucks, scoring 20 points while ...

Rookie of the Year Does Not Equal MVP
Let me make this clear: I do not know who should have won Rookie of the Year this season. What I do know now is that the voters do not choose Rookie of the Year based on his value to his team (aka Most Valuable Player).
Sacramento Kings PG stud Tyreke Evans won ...

Bucks 91, Hawks 87 (Bucks lead 3-2)
In a game that saw the Hawks up by as many as nine points with four minutes to play, it was Milwaukee’s strong finish that helped them grab a 3-2 series lead. The Bucks mounted a 14-0 run in the final four minutes. This biggest play of the game came when Kurt Thomas drew an offensive on Joe Johnson, which was his sixth of the game. With Johnson out, the Hawks could not buy a basket, execpt for Al Horford (25 points and 11 ...

Bucks 111, Hawks 104 (Series tied 2-2)
Holding serve. The Hawks did so on their home court in the first two games, and the Bucks have now done the same in their two home games. Is this a trend, or a coincidence?
Carlos Delfino (I thought he only killed the Nets…) did his thing, scoring 22 points on 6-8 shooting from beyond the arc. His energy in 40 minutes of play and his ability to hit the long range shot was more than enough for the Bucks – who shot 55% as ...

Tonight is another Live In-Game Blog done by yours truly, JB. Not only will I be recapping the game, it will be done on a quarter-to-quarter basis through my eyes. I apologize in advance if in game blog seems random. I have nothing against the Atlanta Hawks, nor am I a Milwaukee Bucks fan, but with the Hawks leading the series 2-0, I am hoping the Bucks can make it interesting with a win tonight. Let’s see how this game unfolds.

WOW, what a game for the ages. Deron Williams dropped a career high 42 including the game winning jumper with a second left on the clock while KD was just 3 points from his career high after dropping 45. This game had a wild ending as KD had 12 points in the last 5 minutes of the game. Jeff Green tied the game near the end of regulation with a huge 3 and the Thunder actually had a chance to win in regulation with .5 left. ...

Miami 97, Minnesota 84
As all of us talk about players Carmelo Anthony, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and even Kevin Durant, we all forget about a guy that is winning by himself, Dwyane Wade.
Wade follows his 43 point performance with a 39 point one to lead the Heat against the Timberwolves. This is the eighth straight victory for Miami, which just like the weather, are red hot. Honestly, there was a point about 3 weeks ago where I didn’t think they were going to make the playoffs, but Wade would not ...

In the comment section of my last power rankings, Shooter exclaimed Chicago to be the most inconsistent team in the league. I agree with him that they are inconsistent, but they are nowhere near the inconsistency of the Miami Heat.
I understand that Dwyane Wade has been out for 4 straight games and the Heat didn’t win any of those games (big surprise), but even when he is in the lineup, I have no idea what team will show up. They beat the Lakers already this week and ...
