On the day, we remember a visionary trying to bring peace in all races is celebrated with time off, documentaries and of course, all you can eat basketball. The day was filled with high flying action from the college and NBA game. The action started at noon time and went into two in the morning. It’s the next best thing to the first two days of March Madness. As Thanksgiving is to football, Martin Luther King is to basketball.

The Knicks have been awful in the last decade and Amare Stoudemire has been deemed a creation of Steve Nash. A player only set up by the highest caliber of dime dishing. An aberration to being a dunk only, no jumper, crappy rebounder, and lack-less defender. Now, Stoudemire is taking the Knicks to a level it is has not seen since the 90s. The Spurs have been amazing. I can’t fathom how good they are playing. In the preseason, everyone is pumping up the Celtics/Lakers, Heat/Magic, Heat/Lakers, Thunder/Lakers matchups with all of those being interchangeable.
