Phoenix 113, Toronto 94
The Suns (14-3) took it to the Raptors (7-11) in the second half to win on the road. Phoenixwent into halftime with a one-point lead, but with solid contributions by the starting five, led by Steve Nash’s 16 assists, they ran away with it. Toronto tried everything they could to stay in this one, but with a lack of D, they are never going to win. Chris Bosh and Andrea Bargnani continue their great play, but couldn’t stop the run and gun style of the Suns on …
This is part one of a series of installments regarding some of the behind-the- scenes work of running an NBA Franchise.
I’m sure you have heard it all before – LeBron James is a free agent next year. So is Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh…the list goes on.
I’m going to focus on a couple of things first to explain why you will never see LeBron, Wade, and Bosh on the same team next year. First, it is important to bring up the salary cap – while most fans understand it, …
In not surprising news, the Nets General Manager Kiki Vandeweghe will fire Head Coach Lawrence Frank if they lose, correction, when they lose to the LA Lakers tonight and tie the worst start of a season in NBA history. Despite all of the losses, blame should not be solely put on Frank due to constant injury problems and tough schedule, second toughest to the Chicago Bulls. They have lost 4 games by three points or less, and two of them by heartbreaking buzzer beaters.
On the other side, they have not …

Jazz 108, Blazers 92
For the second game in a row the Blazers have found themselves down by at least 14 points at the end of the first. This is definintely NOT how you want to start off your games especially on the road and in Utah. Some coaches would call this “coming out flat” I call it “sucking.” The Blazers defense missed tonight’s game as the Jazz lit up the remnants of the Blazers defense by shooting a sizzling 60% from the field! The stat that stood out the most …
Bobcats 92, Wizards 76
The Bobcats (7-9) pushed their win streak to four in a decisive 92-76 win on the road against the Washington Wizards (5-10). They did it mostly from the defensive end. For the first three quarters the Bobcats held the Wizards to 50 points. The Wizards really struggled shooting 38% from the field. Gerald Wallace led the Bobcats, who had six players in double figures, with 14 points. He also grabbed 14 rebounds in the win. The Wizards were led by Caron Butler’s 19 points. Gilbert Arenas finished …
Lou Williams was having an oustanding year thus far for the Sixers. He was there go-to-guy and is the leading scorer on the team. Last year his role significantly increased on the team but this year he knew his role and that was SCORE any means possible. Lou Williams broke his jaw on November 24th vs. the Celtics which will put him on the self for 6-8 weeks. This is a huge loss for the Sixers because they looked lost half the time on offense and that’s when Sweet Lou …
