The Melo Hour

Remember Magic Hour? The one hour talk show hosted by Magic Johnson and was canceled within its first two weeks on UPN. It’s not an insult if you don’t, because it was the biggest abomination of a show in this and the next generation. Actually, you probably saved a few days or months of your life. It was an embarrassment. Not interesting, intriguing, intelligent, or what in-adjective you can think of to say the least. It was God awful.
Now, with this Melo …

Rookie Rankings: Week 10
Over the past week, the young guns are entering a portion of the year they have never experienced before…playing basketball. By this time, almost every college team would end there season, but for all of the rookies, specifically the starters, have barely played a half of an NBA season. This where the …

Ariza Dunks on McGee

Javale McGee is one of the best shot blockers in the league, averaging 2.5 per contest but going against Trevor Ariza in the New Year proved to be a wrong move. Ariza is known for his high energy, high flying throw downs against bigger opponents. Last night in Washington, Trevor proved those accusations correct. McGee got POSTERIZED!

McGee was so upset, he let Chris Paul steal the ball and finish a wide open lay up. This was the back breaking moment in the game. The …

Rookie Rankings: Week 9

Rookie Rankings: Week 9
This is the first rookie rankings of the season. I wasn’t going to do this this season but I can’t help myself with this wonderful and underrated class. Yes, they’re the Blake Griffin’s and John Wall’s but what about the Gordon Hayward’s and Derrick Favors’ in the discussion of up and comers in the NBA. Where is there love? Hayward is in the starting lineup for the first place Jazz and Favors’ production in limited minutes has been exceptional.
Let’s get …
