Bobcats 100, Thundercats 92
Just like I called it on the last podcast! I picked the Thunder to win and immediately said, “The Bobcats will definitely win this game but I’m going with the Thunder.” BOOM. Despite not having Gerald Wallace the Bobcats still took it to the Thunder at home. Durant had a poor shooting night going 9-26 but did finish with 26 points. The Bobcats were led by Stephen Jackson with 20 points.
Don’t look now but Charlotte is the 6 seed in the East and playing very well. This …
Mark Titus is a walk-on for Ohio State University, who is looking forward to a long stay in NCAA tournament as a number 2 seed. Mark may not be the most famous player in OSU’s history, but his blog ‘Club Trillion’ may go down as the greatest college basketball blog ever. NBAtoday was able to take Mark away from his excellent blogging for an exclusive interview. Enjoy!
NBAtoday: Mark, what were your averages in your senior year of high school and where did you go?
Mark Titus: I played high school basketball at Brownsburg …
Pacers 99, Bobcats 94
I honestly cannot remember the last time I did a recap that had the Pacers winning a game so I decided to cover this game tonight. With Gerald Wallace of the Bobcats out with an ankle sprain the Pacers did just enough to win. The Pacers capitalized in Wallace’s absence by scoring thirty-two points in the second quarter. Danny Granger led the Pacers with 26 points (9-25 from the field) and Troy Murphy had 16 points and 13 rebounds. Mike Dunleavy had 15 points off the bench …
Rockets 125, Nuggets 123
Carmelo dropped 45 points, but unfortunately couldn’t knock down the go ahead three at the buzzer to win this one. Aaron Brooks meanwhile had 31 points, including a huge jumper to give Houston the lead with a little under 3 seconds to go. This game was very fun to watch, and chock full of offense. Kevin Martin had 29 points, and Luis Scola continued to stay hot with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Denver controlled most of this game, led by ‘Melo’s crazy scoring output, but at …

Arenas Admits Punishment Was a Must
Suspended Wizards G Gilbert Arenas told Esquire magazine that he wasn’t using “longevity thinking” when taking out four guns in his ‘prank’ with teammate Javaris Crittenton in December. Ya think? He also wanted to apologize to Abe Pollin, who died in November:
“I called Mrs. Pollin and said, ‘If Abe was still with us, I would’ve had to talk to …
