Bosh and Wade To Team Up With Miami Heat
Today marks the day where as a Nets fan I start to cry (unless LeBron agrees to sign with NJ tomorrow night at 9). Chris Bosh and D-Wade are going to be playing together in Miami next year. Neither of the deals were officially announed in terms of contracts but I’m sure Wade will be signing the max contract and it’s been rumored that Bosh will be leaving $30 million on the table to sign with the Heat.
If that’s the case, big ups to Chris Bosh. Unfortunately I’ve been watching a lot of ESPN and all the analyst are saying “follow the money”. That statement makes no sense to me; if you want to win these superstars should ALL take a little less money to form a super team. What are these guys going to do with $20 million a year that they can’t do with $10 million a year? Nothing is that answer. So really these free agents are selfish and Bosh appears to be the guy who is the least shelfish.
The outlook of the Heat now definitely improves but they still aren’t a great team. The Heat will be a great East team, probably a top 4 but it’s like playing 5 on 2 every night. The Heat’s next best player is Haslem, who they were trying to get rid of all along. This is definitely a monster move and we will see if this is going to influence LeBron in any way.
I say, no.
