He's overrated because everyone, including you, talks about him way too much for a second year player. Way too much. Also I'd have to disagree about Rose being faster, a better shooter and a better passer. Rose may be a better decision maker but that's because he has one NBA year under his belt. Evans is the complete package at PG; size, strength, speed, court vision. When it's all over for both of these guys Evans will prevail over Rose... see me in 13 years.

Thank you Anon. I have been trying to tell him that for a while, but he doesn't want to listen.

Honestly though, it is way to soon to tell. Evans is a rookie and Rose is a second year guy. In five years one can make a respectable argument.

Can you believe both Basher and Shooter thinks he's overrated? How is ANY second year guy overrated?

Regardless of Rose vs. Evans, it's cool to see one team have two solid solid rookies (the Kings).

Evans > Rose is way too premature. Rose is faster, a better shooter, better decision maker, and a better passer. Evans is taller and stronger, but come on, he is a terribly inconsistent shooter. Not to mention, Rose's pre-NBA infraction was cheating on his SAT's. Evans' was being the get-away driver for a drive-by murder.
