LeBron’s Shoes Love New York

2 January 2010 613 views 4 Comments

There has been much speculation leading up to this NBA offseason, with buzz about this being the best free agent class ever. This class, headlined by Shooter and Basher’s favorite player, LeBron James, has stirred up many questions and comments all year. Well, it doesn’t look like that’s going to stop anytime soon.

Photos of a new color-way of  LeBron’s Nike Air Max LeBron VII Low’s have appeared online leading to mass speculation about LeBron James, and the New York Knicks. That’s because these shoes are Knick Blue, and Knick Orange. Now, one could easily say, “Relax, these colors are also the colors of the Cavalier throwback uniforms that the Cavs have worn a few times this year.” True, but I don’t think those uniforms featured an “I Love New York” patch anywhere on them. That’s right, on the bottom of the shoes, you can clearly see that an “I Love NY” patch exists.

What do you all think about this?

(sigh) He’s selling shoes on speculation he’s coming to the Knicks. When do these come out? People will line up to buy these with hopes he’s going to put on the Knick jersey.

I’m impressed, kudos to Lebron for making a buck on speculation.

…he’s still not coming to the Knicks.

LOL. Fair enough, frig him. But if it were anyone else, I’d say its a pretty darn impressive business move.
