Jayson Williams, former Net great, was charged with drunken driving early Tuesday morning (sometime after 3:15) after he had crashed his car into a tree as he veered off of an exit.  Just what Williams needs, a drunken driving charge while awaiting his manslaughter case.  I think it’s safe to say Williams is a dumbass, pardon my French.  Williams was trying to exit off of FDR Drive in Manhattan early this morning and crashed into a tree; when police got there Williams was in the passenger seat and he said someone else was driving the car.  Multiple witnesses have stated they saw Williams driving the car and when police arrived, no one else was in, near or around the car.

Williams was taken to Bellevue Hospital where he refused a breathilizer test.  Hmm… I wonder if he was drinking or better yet, if he was drunk?  Police are trying to get a warrant that would force Williams to take the test.  I can only imagine what he would blow on this test.  Good luck Mr. Williams, you are royaly screwed.
