Top 25 Scoreboard: 12/19

20 December 2009 170 views No Comment

Wow, what a great weekend in college basketball. Big time matchups, big time players, and big time upsets. This week we had Georgetown, Tennessee, Florida, and Texas Tech lose to smaller schools to shake up the rankings and my NBA player watch. John Wall continues to prove he is the number 1 draft pick while Da’Sean Butler’s stock improves daily, and how about Damion James, a double-double machine (42 total) for Texas. Syracuse continues to build and develop NBA ready players (Wesley Johnson). Jim Boehim is college coach with an NBA system, but it’s working. Barely any team can stick with their flow, momentum, and style. Watch out.

Anyway, let’s check out the action. There were a total of 23 Top 25 college teams in motion yesterday. So much to do, but so little time. No wait, reverse that…
