Two big drop offs in the rankings this week while two 6’9″ and above players are added to the list at 8 and 9.

Added to the rankings: Omri Casspi, David Anderson
Dropped from the rankings: Darren Collison, Wesley Matthews

1. Tyreke Evans – Evans is currently ROY, no doubt in my mind.
2. Brandon Jennings – I still want to see if Jennings will make it past that wall about 40 games into the year after playing so many minutes from riding the bench in Italy last year.
3. Stephen Curry – Surprisingly Curry’s defense has been better than expected, now the rest of his teams’ defense needs to step it up..
4. James Harden – Harden has scored at least 12 points in his last 3 games and is getting more and more burn.
5. Taj Gibson – Gibson averaged 8 rebounds in 3 games since last week’s rookie rankings.
6. Jonny Flynn – He will drop 20 one night and 6 the next; he needs to be more consistant considering the ball is in his hands 70% of the time.
7. Tyler Hansbrough –Hansbrough looks like the aggressive player that made him a great college basketball player.
8. Omri Casspi – This guy is instant offense off the bench and had 2 20-point games last week while the Kings went 2-2.
9. David Anderson – The 6’11″ Aussie has made 4 3-pointers in his last 3 games and has stepped it up with all of the injures to the Rockets bench.
10. Jonas Jerebko – The Big Swede has shot over 50% over his last 4 games.
